18 Nov 2020:   On the upper level of this 36th-storey penthouse, I could sense that my clients were really wowed by the panoramic views of the sea, the reservoir and the city.   In fact, standing up there with the wind blowing in our faces, we get the feeling that we are on top of the world, with sun slowly setting on our left, Pasir Panjang container port in front of us, and the Pandan reservoir to our right.   As at the date of writing, 6 out of the 11 penthouses have been sold.   The remaining 5 penthouses are about 4,000sf in size, with asking prices of slightly above $1,000psf.
